For Buyers & Suppliers

What to Prepare Before Inquiring

Planet Earth Oil works with qualified buyers and authorized suppliers. Before submitting an inquiry, please review what is expected from each side of a transaction.

For Buyers

What Qualified Buyers Should Prepare

We work with buyers who have a genuine, funded requirement for petroleum products. Before submitting an inquiry, buyers should be prepared to provide the following.

  • Proof of Funds or Financial Capability

Evidence that the buyer has the financial capacity to complete the proposed transaction. This may include a bank comfort letter, proof of funds, or equivalent documentation from a recognized financial institution.

  • Company Registration and Identity

Basic corporate documentation confirming the buyer's legal entity, country of registration, and the identity of authorized representatives.

  • Product Requirement Details

A clear statement of the product type, grade, quantity, delivery location, and preferred timeline. Vague or unspecified requirements cannot be reviewed.

  • Intended Use and End Destination

A description of the intended use of the product and the end destination country, which may be required for compliance and documentation purposes.

  • Willingness to Engage in Verification

Buyers should be prepared to participate in a preliminary verification process, which may include confirmation of financial standing and identity before an opportunity is presented.

Important

Planet Earth Oil does not request bank account details, SWIFT coordinates, or identity documents at the inquiry stage. Any request for such information before a formal, verified transaction process is in place should be treated with caution.

For Suppliers

What Authorized Suppliers Should Prepare

We work with suppliers and authorized representatives who can demonstrate current authority to offer a specific product. Before submitting an inquiry, suppliers should be prepared to provide the following.

  • Evidence of Seller Authority

Documentation confirming that the party submitting the inquiry is authorized to offer the product. This may include a mandate letter, authorization from the product owner, or equivalent documentation.

  • Current Product Specifications

A current product specification sheet confirming grade, origin, available quantity, and any relevant quality certifications. Specifications must reflect the current status of the product.

  • Delivery and Logistics Details

Proposed delivery terms, loading port or origin location, and an indicative timeline. Suppliers should be able to confirm these details are current and actionable.

  • Pricing Basis

An indicative pricing basis, including the benchmark reference, discount or premium, and currency. Pricing must be current and consistent with prevailing market conditions.

  • Willingness to Engage in Verification

Suppliers should be prepared to support a verification process, including confirmation of authority, product status, and the identity of the principal seller or product owner.

Important

Planet Earth Oil does not accept opportunities that cannot be supported by verifiable documentation. Unverified or undocumented offers will not be presented to buyers.

What Happens After You Submit

After an inquiry is received, Planet Earth Oil will conduct an initial review. If the inquiry meets our preliminary criteria, we will follow up to request supporting documentation and begin a verification process. Not all inquiries will proceed to the next stage.
